Desirable

Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus, particularly with robotic surgical systems. Familiarity with the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) will give you an edge in understanding the needs of your clients and the impact of the Aquabeam Robotic System. You are adaptable and can balance tactical implementation with strategic decision-making, ensuring that you meet both immediate and long-term business goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for launching the Aquabeam Robotic System in Japan, establishing it as the treatment of choice for men suffering from BPH. You will work closely with external stakeholders, including clinicians and hospital administration, to maximize the utilization of installed Aquabeam Systems. Your responsibilities will include executing field programs, conducting product demonstrations, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with PROCEPT’s internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and drive market penetration.
