Propelus is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across their Evercheck and Immuware solutions. You'll manage the entire sales process and develop strategic business plans to engage healthcare organizations. You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the healthcare technology sector, and understand the nuances of compliance management. You thrive on building meaningful client relationships and navigating complex sales cycles, ensuring that you can effectively promote compliance and health and safety solutions to key healthcare organizations. You are a dynamic and competitive individual who is motivated by driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders alike.
Desirable
Experience in business development within healthcare organizations, including hospitals and health systems, is a plus. Familiarity with compliance solutions and the healthcare ecosystem will enhance your ability to connect with potential clients and understand their needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the entire end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts, ensuring robust pipeline management with a focus on a healthy mix of early, mid, and late-stage opportunities. You will develop and execute strategic business development plans to engage healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and EHS/OHS departments. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and securing complex sales opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
