Propelus is seeking a Sales Executive to drive growth within their Small-to-Midsize Business (SMB) national portfolio. You'll be responsible for self-sourcing your own pipeline and winning new business across healthcare organizations. This role is ideal for a high-energy salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You are a high-energy individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the thrill of the chase, particularly in acquiring new clients. You have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and are eager to act as an advisor to HR managers and clinical department heads, demonstrating how Propelus' workforce compliance and health platforms can save them time and reduce risk. You are comfortable with self-sourcing your own pipeline and are motivated by achieving high volumes of new deals.
Desirable
Experience in sales within the healthcare sector is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with compliance management solutions or workforce management tools will help you connect with potential clients more effectively. You are adaptable and open to learning, ready to embrace the challenges that come with a hunter role in sales.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for SMB healthcare accounts, focusing on high-velocity new logo acquisition. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline from scratch, executing a high-volume outbound prospecting strategy that includes cold calling and networking. Your goal is to move prospects quickly from initial contact to closed/won deals, ensuring a seamless sales process. You will collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and share insights from the field to enhance Propelus' offerings.
You will also engage with potential clients to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of Propelus' technology. As you build relationships, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complexities of workforce compliance management. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of Propelus.
