Overview
Provi is hiring a Distributor Account Manager to support SMB Distributor Partners and drive success on the Provi platform. You'll manage distributor relationships and help increase profitability. This role is based in Chicago with a hybrid work arrangement.

You have experience in account management, ideally within the beverage or distribution industry — you understand the nuances of managing relationships with distributors and have a knack for driving platform adoption. Your strong organizational skills allow you to handle a high volume of distributor relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and follow-through. You are a reliable point of contact for distributors, helping them navigate the Provi platform and achieve their business goals. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with diverse teams to enhance the user experience for distributors and their customers.

Experience with SMBs in the beverage industry is a plus, as is familiarity with ordering solutions or platforms that streamline communication and purchasing workflows. You are comfortable using data to inform your strategies and decisions, and you have a proactive approach to problem-solving. What you'll do
As a Distributor Account Manager at Provi, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of distributor partners. Your primary goal will be to help these partners grow their businesses by driving platform adoption and increasing active retailers. You will serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring that distributors have the support they need to succeed on the Provi platform. This involves regular communication, organization of follow-ups, and providing insights that can help distributors optimize their operations. You will work closely with the Distributor team to develop strategies that enhance profitability for both distributors and their sales representatives.
You will also be involved in onboarding new distributors, providing training on the Provi platform, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Your role will require you to analyze distributor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that they are maximizing their use of the platform. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential as you work to align distributor needs with Provi's offerings, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.
