Airwallex is seeking a Senior Account Executive focused on enterprise clients in Hong Kong. You'll drive user acquisition and manage client relationships in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role requires strong expertise in sales and account management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the fintech or payments sector, with at least 5 years of experience in account management or business development. You possess strong communication skills and can effectively engage with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to drive decisions and optimize sales strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and results. You are motivated by challenges and are eager to contribute to a rapidly growing company.
Desirable
Experience in the payments industry or with financial technology solutions is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales processes can set you apart. A network of contacts within the Hong Kong business community would be advantageous.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new enterprise clients in Hong Kong. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance the customer experience. Regularly analyzing market trends and competitor activities will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to adjust your approach and stay ahead in the market. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions, helping to shape future offerings.
