What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales within the healthcare payor segment. You will engage with some of the largest organizations in the industry, helping them leverage our experience management platform to enhance patient and consumer experiences. Your role will involve identifying and closing experience gaps, working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and goals.

You will collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs, ensuring a seamless implementation process. Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders will be crucial in fostering long-term partnerships. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position our solutions effectively in the market.
