You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and you thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere. Your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to take initiative and understand the context of your goals, allowing you to work effectively towards achieving them. You are adept at building relationships with clients and have a strong understanding of the experience management landscape, which enables you to identify and close experience gaps effectively.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Qualtrics' solutions to diverse stakeholders. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams ensures that you can leverage the expertise of others to meet client needs. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and are skilled at managing multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring that each client receives the attention they deserve.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS sales or account management is a plus, as is familiarity with experience management solutions. A background in industries such as retail, government, or healthcare can provide valuable insights into client needs and expectations.
What you'll do
As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Qualtrics, you will be responsible for driving sales of our experience management platform to some of the largest organizations in the world. You will engage with clients to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth, and closing deals that drive significant revenue for the company.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and customer success, to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your ability to analyze client feedback and market trends will inform your approach, allowing you to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall sales strategy, sharing insights and best practices with your team to enhance performance across the board.

Qualtrics offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $109,500—$207,500 USD, along with a sign-on bonus and restricted stock units.
