Inflection.io is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead complex sales processes and drive revenue growth. You'll leverage your B2B SaaS sales experience and consultative selling skills to engage with senior leaders across various teams. This remote position requires a proven track record in closing high-value deals.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, particularly with enterprise accounts, and have successfully closed complex six- and seven-figure deals. Your strong executive presence and consultative selling skills enable you to navigate technical and ambiguous environments with ease. You are comfortable engaging with senior leaders across Marketing, Growth, RevOps, and Data teams, and you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings.

Your experience includes selling MarTech, data, or platform products, which has equipped you with the knowledge to understand the unique challenges and needs of your clients. You possess a strategic mindset, allowing you to build and execute territory and account plans effectively. You are disciplined in managing your pipeline and forecasting accurately, ensuring that you meet and exceed your sales targets.

Desirable

Experience in a hyper-growth startup environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-native solutions and modern data architectures. You are a proactive communicator who enjoys collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver compelling demos and evaluations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle enterprise sales process, from outbound prospecting and discovery through to closing and expansion. You will run value-based discovery sessions and lead strategic, multi-stakeholder sales processes, ensuring that you address the unique needs of each client. Your ability to partner with various teams will be crucial in delivering tailored solutions that resonate with sophisticated buyers.

You will build and execute comprehensive territory and account plans for large, strategic customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion. Your expertise in managing complex sales cycles will enable you to forecast accurately and maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management. You will play a critical role in accelerating Inflection's revenue growth, contributing to the company's overall success.
