What you'll do

As a Customer Success Engineer II at Qumulo, you will be responsible for the complete life cycle of customer issues, ensuring proper communication and resolution. You will engage with customers to answer technical questions and resolve complex issues primarily focusing on cloud environments such as AWS and Azure. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to provide insights and feedback that can help improve the customer experience.

You will provide support during weekends, ensuring that customers receive timely assistance and that their issues are addressed promptly. Your technical expertise will be crucial in diagnosing problems and providing solutions that meet customer needs.
