What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager I at Qumulo, you will own the complete lifecycle of a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, coordinating installation processes, and driving customer engagement to foster long-term relationships.
