You have a background in clinical treatment planning and a passion for improving workflows in healthcare settings. Your experience allows you to engage meaningfully with clinics, helping them to adopt new technologies effectively. You thrive in a remote work environment and enjoy building strong relationships with clients to ensure their success. You are proactive in identifying issues and providing solutions, whether independently or in collaboration with technical teams. You are comfortable with training and demonstrating software tools to diverse audiences, ensuring that clinics can maximize the benefits of automation. You understand the importance of feedback in product development and are eager to incorporate clinical insights into the tools you support.
What you'll do
As a Clinical Success Manager at Radformation, you will be responsible for demoing, installing, and training clinics on our suite of automation tools. You will work closely with clinics to understand their unique challenges and provide tailored solutions that enhance their workflows. Partnering with the LATAM sales team, you will demonstrate our software to prospective customers and ensure that newly installed clinics receive comprehensive training. Your role will involve mentoring clinics as they join the Radformation community, helping them to establish efficient workflows and improve patient safety. You will gather clinical feedback to help shape the development of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our users.
