Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, ideally with time spent at an OEM or large distributor. Your strong personal network in the HVAC ecosystem includes distributors, distributor reps, OEMs, and industry associations, allowing you to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers. You are skilled at navigating complex organizational structures to identify champions and unblock decision paths, ensuring that you can effectively negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.

Your background has equipped you with a deep understanding of the HVAC market dynamics, and you are passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to contributing to a culture of innovation and inclusivity.

What you'll do

As the Business Development Manager at Voomi, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and expanding supplier relationships within the HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Industrial Supplies sectors. You will help build Voomi’s supply network, improving catalog depth and ensuring access to high-demand, high-quality inventory across the country. Your role will involve working closely with internal teams to align supplier capabilities with customer needs, ultimately driving sales growth and enhancing the customer experience.

You will leverage your industry knowledge and personal connections to identify new business opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
