Overview

Redbubble is hiring a Senior Product Manager for a 12-month contract to support key engineering teams focused on fulfillment and core platform improvements. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience in product management.

You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments. Your ability to engage stakeholders and advocate for user needs is paramount, as you will be collaborating closely with engineering teams to drive significant business outcomes. You are comfortable prioritizing opportunities based on customer-centric frameworks and aligning product vision with strategic goals. What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Redbubble, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Fulfillment and Core engineering teams. You will define a product vision and set objectives that align with broader strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include identifying and prioritizing high-value opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with engineering managers and report directly to the Product Director, ensuring that product initiatives are executed effectively and deliver significant business outcomes.

You will engage with stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, using this information to inform product decisions and drive innovation. Your role will involve conducting user research, analyzing data, and defining success metrics to measure the impact of product changes. You will also be responsible for communicating product updates and progress to the broader organization, fostering transparency and collaboration.
