Reddit is seeking a Senior Account Executive for their Mid-Market team in Amsterdam. You'll be responsible for growing accounts and managing the pre and post-sales journey for clients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the mid-market segment, with experience in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. You are a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and can effectively communicate the value of advertising solutions to clients. Your strategic thinking allows you to design and implement effective sales strategies that align with client objectives.
You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. You are comfortable working with data to inform your sales approach and understand the importance of optimizing the client journey from acquisition to retention. Your ability to build rapport with both clients and agencies is essential for success in this role.
Desirable
Experience in digital advertising or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with the DACH market. You are adaptable and open to learning about new platforms and technologies that can enhance your sales efforts. A background in account management or business development will further strengthen your candidacy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of a designated book of business, focusing on growing Torso & Tail accounts. You will manage both the pre-sales and post-sales processes, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting strategic conversations with clients, implementing advertising solutions, and optimizing campaigns to meet their business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with acquisition teams to onboard new clients and ensure they understand how to leverage Reddit's advertising suite effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agencies will be a key aspect of your role, as you work to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
As part of the EMEA Mid-Market team, you will contribute to the overall strategy for expanding Reddit's presence in new markets. You will be involved in developing high-performing sales strategies and helping to shape the future of the team as it grows.
