What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive, you will take full ownership of your book of business, managing strategic conversations with clients and agencies alike. Your role involves onboarding new advertisers and guiding them through the implementation and optimization of Reddit's advertising suite. You will work to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions that drive results. Collaborating with the wider Account Executive community, you will contribute to defining best practices and process improvements that foster sustainable growth and efficiency.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both direct clients and agencies, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with their advertising experience on Reddit. Your strategic insights will help shape the direction of the Mid-Market team as you work to expand Reddit's footprint in new markets. You will also play a key role in developing a high-performing sales team, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help others succeed.
