Reddit is seeking a Director of Global 3rd Party Partnerships to build and scale their partnerships function. You'll work closely with the Business Development team to drive measurable business outcomes and activate high-impact partners. This role requires strategic leadership and experience in partnership management.

With extensive experience in business development, you understand how to operationalize partnerships and translate them into measurable business outcomes. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth. Your experience in the digital advertising ecosystem allows you to effectively engage with partners and drive activation strategies that enhance product integration. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a focus on strategic objectives.
Desirable
Experience in the tech or digital advertising industry is a plus, as is familiarity with API integrations and measurement frameworks. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating partnership value to both internal stakeholders and external partners. What you'll do
In this role, you will own the relationships with 3rd party partners, ensuring that each partnership delivers long-term value post-commercial agreements and product integrations. You will drive partner activation by translating partnerships into scalable revenue engines through effective onboarding and internal enablement. Your strategic vision will guide the development of high-impact partner activation strategies, aligning cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
You will work closely with the Business Development team to identify key partnership opportunities and operationalize them for maximum impact.
