Overview

Reducto is hiring a Business Development Representative to drive outbound strategy and generate pipeline during rapid growth. This role requires strong communication skills and experience selling technical products to technical buyers.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative or in a Growth role, ideally selling technical products to technical buyers. You’re scrappy β€” you're tenacious and creative in finding ways to reach the right customers. You don't just follow playbooks β€” you write them. You can speak the language of technical buyers and quickly adapt to their needs. You are an exceptional communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

What you'll do

As an early member of our go-to-market team, you'll own our outbound strategy and be responsible for generating pipeline during this period of rapid scale. You will identify and engage potential customers, leveraging your understanding of the technical landscape to tailor your approach. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies. Your role will involve running scrappy experiments to prove out new channels and spotting opportunities others miss. You will have a clear path to progress into an Account Executive position as we expand our GTM organization.
