You have 3 to 6 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers, and you are your own worst critic. You maintain a high bar for quality and don’t rest until the job is done right—no settling for 90%. You thrive in environments where you can ship fast, take high agency, and actively solve problems rather than just voicing them. Your technical expertise allows you to effectively communicate with both customers and internal teams, ensuring that the unique and complex needs of enterprise users are met. You are excited about the opportunity to help build out the foundation of a growing solutions team and are eager to contribute to the success of the organization.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at Reducto, you will be at the front lines with our customers, enabling sales and implementations through your technical expertise. You will work closely with the GTM team and the core engineering team to understand and address the unique needs of our enterprise users. Your role will involve bridging the gap between technical requirements and customer expectations, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet the specific challenges faced by our clients. You will also play a key role in building out the foundation of how the solutions team will grow and expand, contributing to the overall strategy and direction of the organization.
