You have a proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within the SaaS industry — your experience includes leading teams and driving growth through effective outbound strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by the hustle of sales, always looking for ways to motivate and develop your team.
As a leader, you understand the importance of coaching and mentoring — you know how to provide constructive feedback and support your team in achieving ambitious targets. Your hands-on approach means you lead by example, actively engaging in outreach and sales activities while guiding your team to success.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate strategies clearly and inspire your team. You are data-driven, using metrics to inform decisions and optimize performance. Your ability to adapt and innovate in response to market changes sets you apart as a leader in business development.
Desirable
Experience in the industrial sector or with AI technologies is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges faced by our clients. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of the Business Development Team, leading a group of approximately seven BDRs. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a world-class outbound sales strategy that drives growth for remberg. You will set ambitious targets for your team and provide the necessary support to help them exceed these goals.
You will act as a coach and mentor, guiding your team on messaging, outreach tactics, and qualification processes. Your daily involvement in sales activities will ensure that you remain connected to the challenges your team faces, allowing you to provide real-time support and adjustments to strategies as needed.
You will collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing and product, to align business development efforts with overall company goals. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the future of remberg's outbound motion and driving the company's next level of growth.
