You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in B2B environments, where you've successfully driven lead generation and pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies. Your expertise in multi-channel campaigns allows you to effectively manage and optimize initiatives across various platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
You are proficient in using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns, and you understand how to leverage data analytics to inform your marketing decisions. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product, enables you to translate customer insights into impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
You possess a strong understanding of conversion funnels and landing page optimization, and you are skilled at running data-driven experiments to enhance campaign performance. Your analytical mindset helps you identify trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that your marketing efforts are always aligned with business objectives.

What you'll do
As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager at remberg, you will take end-to-end ownership of our B2B growth funnel. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, focusing on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn. Your role will involve building landing pages and conversion funnels that drive lead generation and enhance our sales pipeline.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with overall business goals. By translating customer insights and product value into high-performing campaigns, you will play a crucial role in our scalable Go-to-Market engine in Germany and beyond.
Your responsibilities will include running data-driven experiments to test and refine marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and making recommendations for improvements. You will also be responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that marketing spend is optimized for maximum ROI.
