You have a strong background in sales, particularly in Commercial SaaS, and possess excellent communication skills that allow you to engage effectively with clients. Your technical knowledge, possibly including coding experience or familiarity with developer tools, sets you apart as an ideal candidate for this role. You thrive in client-facing situations and are passionate about driving sales in a rapidly growing environment. You understand the importance of aligning product offerings with customer business objectives and can articulate complex value propositions clearly. You are adaptable and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure customer success.

What you'll do

In this full-cycle sales position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospects and customers, guiding them through the buying journey. You will conduct compelling product demonstrations and help orchestrate non-engineering hackathons to showcase the potential of Replit's platform. Your role will involve evangelizing the vision of democratizing software creation using natural language, aligning it with the needs of various clients. You will also be responsible for both new client acquisition and existing customer support and retention, ensuring that all segments and geographies are effectively addressed. Your ability to communicate Replit's value proposition will be crucial in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with customers.
