Who you are

You have a proven track record in software sales, particularly in driving new business growth through outbound efforts. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively present products and understand customer needs, making you a key player in closing deals. While a deep technical background isn't strictly necessary, you possess a technical-functional expertise in Adobe product services, especially in innovative features like AI-related functionalities. You thrive in a consultancy environment, combining agility with deep expertise to deliver impactful digital experiences.

You are comfortable engaging with clients and have a knack for building relationships that foster trust and collaboration. Your ability to articulate the value of Adobe solutions, such as Experience Manager Sites & Assets, Target, and Analytics, sets you apart. You understand the importance of modernizing digital foundations and elevating customer engagement, which aligns with the mission of Comwrap Reply.

Your experience in the digital experience platform space allows you to navigate complex client needs and tailor solutions that drive growth. You are results-oriented and have a strategic mindset that helps you identify opportunities in the market. Desirable

Experience with AI-related functionalities in Adobe products is a plus, as it enhances your ability to present innovative solutions to clients. What you'll do

As the Outbound Sales Director, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients for our Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Your primary focus will be on selling Adobe products, including Experience Manager Sites & Assets, Target, Analytics, and Real-Time CDP. You will engage with potential clients through various channels, utilizing your sales expertise to drive new business growth.

You will work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with potential clients. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and tailoring presentations that highlight the benefits of our Adobe solutions. You will also collaborate with technical teams to ensure that client requirements are met and that solutions are effectively implemented.

In addition to client acquisition, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in building long-term partnerships that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

You will track and report on sales metrics, providing insights into your performance and identifying areas for improvement. Your strategic approach will help you set and achieve sales targets, contributing to the growth of Comwrap Reply within the Adobe ecosystem.
