Rescale is hiring a Strategic Account Executive - Majors to drive sales at named strategic accounts across North America. You'll engage with executives to influence investment in Rescale technology. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in managing strategic accounts.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts and driving significant revenue growth. With experience in technology sales, you understand how to engage with executives and influence their investment decisions. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working closely with pre-sales engineers and customer success teams to deliver exceptional value to clients.

You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to develop and coordinate Target Account Plans demonstrates your strategic thinking and planning capabilities. You are results-oriented, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive landscape.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and driving sales at named strategic accounts, aiming to achieve quarterly and annual quotas ranging from $2M to $5M. You will engage with executives and senior business leaders, providing sales consulting to influence their investment in Rescale's technology. You will collaborate with pre-sales engineers and customer success engineers to ensure that you can have technical conversations with all customer points of contact.

You will develop and coordinate Target Account Plans for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with other organizations within the company to execute these plans effectively. Your role will involve qualifying leads, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
