What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Revinate, you will be the primary technical expert for the salesforce, supporting them in understanding and addressing complex customer business problems. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to articulate solutions that align with Revinate's Direct Booking Platform, helping hoteliers capture, convert, and retain guests effectively. Your consultative approach will involve collaborating closely with clients to ensure their expectations are met and exceeded.

You will act as a key account strategist, utilizing your knowledge of past client solutions to guide new partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve assisting with product training and onboarding for new sales representatives and solutions engineers, ensuring they are well-prepared to engage with clients.

Travel throughout the sales territory may be required, allowing you to represent Revinate at business development events and engage directly with potential clients. Your contributions will play a crucial role in driving the success of Revinate's innovative solutions in the hospitality industry.
