Overview

Rhombus is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to manage the sales cycle from qualification to close. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to drive sales of physical security solutions. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a passion for selling.

Your confidence and willingness to engage in prospecting allow you to maintain a robust individual sales funnel. You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Product teams to become a subject matter expert on Rhombus cameras and software. You are driven by the mission to make the world a safer place and are excited about the impact of your work.

You possess strong communication skills that enable you to effectively convey the value of Rhombus's solutions to potential clients. Your ability to build relationships and trust with customers is key to your success in this role. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of the sales process while remaining focused on achieving your targets. You are committed to continuous learning and improvement, always seeking to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.

What you'll do

As a Commercial Account Executive at Rhombus, you will take ownership of the sales cycle, from initial qualification of leads to closing deals. You will engage in prospecting activities to identify and develop new business opportunities, ensuring a healthy sales pipeline. Collaborating closely with the Marketing team, you will leverage campaigns and materials to effectively communicate the benefits of Rhombus's physical security solutions to potential clients.

You will act as a subject matter expert on Rhombus's products, providing insights and guidance to clients throughout the sales process. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations and presentations, addressing client inquiries, and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. You will also work with the Engineering and Product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives.

In this position, you will set and achieve sales targets, tracking your progress and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet your goals. You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall mission of Rhombus.
