What you'll do
As a Business Development Manager at Ripple, you will co-develop and execute business development strategies for Institutional DeFi, focusing on real-world assets tokenization and stablecoins adoption. You will collaborate with regional business development teams to explore payments and stablecoins use cases, driving strategic partnerships with financial institutions, exchanges, and crypto-native projects.
Your role will involve building sustainable partnerships with project developers and issuers, ensuring they can support the growth of the XRP Ledger. You will work closely with product teams to align business strategies with product offerings, ensuring that Ripple's solutions meet market needs effectively.
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, contributing to the overall success of Ripple's initiatives.
