Who you are
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders. Your consultative selling approach has maximized customer outcomes, and you understand the importance of nurturing long-term relationships. You are skilled in developing territory plans and creating pipelines of new clients and engagements, ensuring that you can successfully convert target accounts into lasting partnerships.
Your experience includes creating and executing pursuit strategies that build win-win value propositions at both the company and individual levels. You recognize that the success of your role hinges on the relationships you build, approaching client executives as true business partners rather than just software delivery partners. You are committed to ensuring that both your clients and your team members are at the center of everything you do.
Desirable
You may have experience in a technology-focused environment, which would enhance your ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders. A background in consultative sales or account management would be beneficial, as would familiarity with the software development lifecycle and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
What you'll do
