What you'll do

As a Partner Director on the RippleX Partner Success team, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and adoption across the XRP Ledger ecosystem. You will lead a portfolio of strategic partners, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of their projects. This includes ideation, integration, and scaled deployment on the XRPL. You will act as a strategic partner, offering thought leadership and navigating complex challenges to shape long-term utility and ecosystem outcomes. Building deep relationships with key stakeholders across Ripple and partner organizations will be crucial as you lead execution and enable innovation across financial markets and blockchain applications.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for collaboration and ensuring that partners are equipped to leverage Ripple's technology effectively. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive success. You will also work closely with internal teams to align partner goals with Ripple's strategic objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to partnership management.
