What you'll do
As a Partner Director on the RippleX Partner Success team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the growth and impact of the XRPL ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-profile partners, guiding them through every stage of their journey—from initial idea to integration and go-live. Your responsibilities will include conducting deep technical discussions and engaging in executive-level strategic planning to maximize partner success. You will be instrumental in architecting utility on-chain and removing roadblocks that may hinder progress. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that partners receive the support they need to thrive in the evolving landscape of blockchain technology. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing tokenization strategies that align with the goals of your partners, ensuring that they can leverage the full potential of the XRPL ecosystem.
