You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in the blockchain or financial technology sectors. Your ability to identify and close strategic partnerships is complemented by your operational support skills, making you a key player in driving organizational excellence. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead individual partnership deals while providing critical operational support to senior leadership. You will be responsible for identifying and closing strategic partnerships with financial institutions and enterprises, ensuring that RippleX's mission to catalyze the growth of the Internet of Value is realized. You will coordinate cross-regional deal reviews and track team performance metrics to ensure that the business development team operates at peak efficiency.
You will work closely with various teams to build the infrastructure that enables the global business development team to scale and succeed. Your role will involve not only direct engagement with partners but also the development of processes that drive organizational excellence. You will play a crucial role in expanding Ripple's influence in the blockchain space, working on innovative solutions that improve the global financial system.
