You have a proven track record in business development and leadership, with a focus on driving growth and performance in a competitive market. Your ability to interlock various aspects of firm strategy, including channels and solution offerings, sets you apart as a strategic thinker. You excel in high-stakes environments, where communication with all facets of the organization is vital, including executive leadership and internal functions.

Your experience includes building market share and deepening client relationships, demonstrating a strong understanding of revenue growth strategies. You are passionate about cultivating an inclusive office culture that aligns with the firm’s values, ensuring that your team is motivated and engaged. You have a knack for recruiting, developing, and retaining talent, which is essential for delivering exceptional results for clients.

What you'll do

As a Market Leader, you will be the face of the firm in the local market, responsible for aligning with Channel Leaders and Segment Leaders on market objectives. You will lead cross-segment commercial growth, developing and executing growth strategies that resonate with local resources. Your role will involve high-level oversight of operations, ensuring that all aspects of the firm’s strategy are effectively implemented.

You will be accountable for driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships, leveraging your expertise to identify opportunities for expansion. Your leadership will foster a high-performance culture, where team members feel valued and empowered to contribute to the firm’s success. You will collaborate closely with various internal functions, including marketing and finance, to ensure that the firm’s offerings are well-positioned in the market.
