Who you are
You are a relentless self-starter with a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments. You thrive on acquiring new logos and have experience in managing sales pipelines effectively. Your ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans sets you apart, and you are comfortable working with large enterprise accounts.
You possess strong communication skills that enable you to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively. You understand the importance of collaboration and can work seamlessly with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas. Your focus on customer expansion and relationship management is key to your success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, aiming to meet and exceed your sales quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, moving strategic transactions through the sales process efficiently. Your responsibilities will include identifying and closing new opportunities for growth while working closely with large enterprise accounts.
You will present Rubrik's solutions within complex data center environments, ensuring that clients understand the value of our offerings. Daily pipeline generation will be a critical part of your role, and you will collaborate with various teams to drive success. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the overall growth and resilience of our clients against cyber threats.
