You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology or cybersecurity sectors, and possess strong relationship management skills. Your ability to engage with high-value customers and prospects is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of exceeding sales targets and are driven by results. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate the value of Sophos' advanced security solutions effectively. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of the cybersecurity landscape, ensuring that you meet the diverse needs of your clients.
Desirable
Experience in cybersecurity sales or a related field would be advantageous, as would familiarity with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. A background in working with reseller partners, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) is also beneficial. You are comfortable using data to inform your sales strategies and can leverage insights to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage relationships with a group of high-value Sophos customers and prospects, focusing on developing and maintaining the Sophos business. You will work closely with Sales Engineering, Channel, and Marketing team members to ensure that customer needs are met and that sales targets are exceeded. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be expected to stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and Sophos' product offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of your customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
