Overview

Rubrik is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth in new and existing accounts across West India. You'll focus on pipeline generation and account strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong sales background and a proactive approach to acquiring new clients.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in enterprise-level accounts. You are a relentless self-starter who thrives on acquiring new logos and developing new opportunities. Your ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively is complemented by your strong communication skills, allowing you to present complex solutions clearly to clients. You understand the importance of collaboration and work well with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Partners to exceed sales quotas. You are driven by results and are focused on achieving and surpassing your sales targets.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly in data protection or cybersecurity, would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with sales enablement programs and a strong understanding of the sales process will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on both new and existing accounts. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities to meet and exceed your quota. Your role will involve developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring that you move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process. You will identify and close new opportunities for growth, working closely with mid-enterprise accounts. Presenting Rubrik's solutions within complex data center designs will be a key part of your responsibilities, requiring you to understand client needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
