Who you are
You have a successful track record of managing Global GSI partnerships, demonstrating your ability to drive business development and enablement. Your experience includes navigating complex business negotiations and financial selling, ensuring profitable outcomes for both Rubrik and its partners. You excel in building lasting relationships with key business executives, setting the tone for a collaborative work environment. Your exemplary relationship-building skills allow you to drive mutual value with GSI partners and the sales team.
You are adept at identifying top GSI customers and executing interlock with the Rubrik sales organization for opportunity registration. Your ability to validate the GSI sales process ensures accurate forecasting and contract closure. You lead from the front, acting as the main conduit for new logo and pipeline generation, showcasing your proactive approach to business development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and drive unprecedented growth with select Global Systems Integrators. You will be responsible for setting up GSI meetings with key business executives from day one, ensuring that you establish a strong presence in the market. Your leadership will be crucial as you represent and present Rubrik's value proposition to partners, fostering an environment of collaboration and success.
You will navigate and accelerate the partner's adoption of product solutions, driving subsequent bookings and ensuring that both Rubrik and its partners achieve their business goals. Your role will involve continuous communication with GSI partners, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are fully engaged with Rubrik's offerings. You will also be responsible for identifying and executing strategies that enhance the partnership ecosystem with OEMs and ISVs, including major players like Netapp, Microsoft, and AWS.
