Job Description
🌀 The Company
Filigran, founded in October 2022, stands out in the cybertech ecosystem for its commitment to revolutionizing cyber threat management with a proactive approach. Its mission is to develop innovative open-source solutions designed to anticipate cyber threats, identify security gaps, and strengthen organizational security posture.
Filigran solutions are now trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide.
🎯 The Role
We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our North America Sales team and drive Filigran’s expansion across the North Central & Ohio Valley territory.
You’ll own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close while shaping the territory strategy, building high-value relationships, and partnering with Marketing, BDRs, Sales Engineering, and Channel teams to accelerate Filigran’s growth.
Your impact will be measured through revenue generation, strategic account penetration, and establishing Filigran as a trusted partner for cybersecurity and threat intelligence teams in the region.
💼 Your Responsibilities
Define and execute a territory plan, identifying high-value enterprise accounts across key verticals.
Drive full-cycle enterprise sales (prospecting → negotiation → close) in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
Conduct deep discovery to understand technical requirements, security workflows, and business outcomes.
Build and communicate strong business cases, value propositions, and ROI justifications.
Collaborate with Solution Engineers for demos, POVs, and technical engagements.
Co-sell and engage with Channel & Alliance partners (VARs, MSSPs, technology vendors) to scale territory reach.
Represent Filigran at field events, trade shows, partner activities, and customer-facing engagements.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene to support predictable revenue.
🤝 Who You’ll Work With
Reports to: VP of Sales, North America
Collaborates daily with Marketing, BDRs, Solution Engineers, Channel & Alliance teams, and Product stakeholders.
Works closely with external partners (VARs, Tech Alliances, MSSPs) to amplify territory reach.
Operates autonomously as a territory builder, while staying aligned with broader GTM and Sales strategies.
🧬 Profile We’re Looking For
7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or threat intelligence.
Proven track record exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas and navigating complex, multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles.
Deep understanding of modern security teams (CISOs, CTI, SOC, Red/Blue/Purple teams) and their workflows.
Strong skills in value-selling, territory planning, account strategy, and stakeholder management.
Comfortable operating autonomously in a global, remote, high-growth environment.
Experience co-selling with partners (VARs, Technology Alliances, MSSPs).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Bonus: familiarity with open-source ecosystems, GitHub communities, and self-hosted deployments.
