What you'll do
As a Channel Development Manager at Rubrik, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key regional and national channel partners across the Gulf Coast, including Houston and Louisiana. You will work closely with cross-functional teams from Field Sales, Systems Engineering, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to leverage their expertise in achieving and exceeding sales performance goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include growing the channel business through strategic partner planning, enablement, and driving sales acceleration and pipeline generation activities. You will arrange account mappings and meetings with Rubrik staff and partners to qualify target accounts and opportunities that lead to Partner Initiated Deals and Proofs of Concept (POCs). You will conduct enablement sessions to train partner field sales and Systems Engineering staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to operate independently. Building strong relationships with relevant decision-makers within partner organizations will be essential to your success in this role.
