You excel at building and nurturing strategic partnerships, ensuring that partners are equipped and motivated to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You understand the importance of partner enablement and have experience executing targeted sales acceleration initiatives. You are adept at generating pipeline growth through proactive planning and collaboration, and you thrive in environments where you can leverage technology alliances to amplify success. Your ability to integrate solutions into existing partner offerings is a key strength that sets you apart.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector, particularly with cloud solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with partner ecosystems and a strong network within the industry will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are data-driven and can analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
What you'll do
As a Channel Development Manager at Rubrik, you will be responsible for developing and growing focus partners to increase pipeline and revenue for both resell and managed services. You will gain access to partner customer bases, improving their deployment skills to ensure Rubrik is installed and run at a high customer satisfaction level. Your role will involve managing and growing distribution and regional channel partners to enhance market and vertical sales and support coverage.
You will amplify Rubrikβs success by leveraging technology alliances with major players such as Microsoft, AWS, NetApp, and Nutanix. Arranging account mappings and meetings with the Rubrik sales team will be crucial for qualifying target accounts and opportunities, leading to partner-initiated deals and proofs of concept.
Conducting enablement sessions to train partner field sales and SE staff will ensure that partners become self-sufficient. You will collaborate closely with the Rubrik marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns through focus partners, building strong relationships with relevant decision-makers to drive success.
