You have a strong background in customer success and technical support, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise in data management and security allows you to swiftly diagnose and resolve complex issues, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. You are a trusted advisor, capable of building strong relationships with clients and partners, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

You possess in-depth knowledge of SaaS products and technologies, and you are committed to helping customers achieve their goals through timely activation and adoption of solutions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying potential challenges and are dedicated to providing world-class support to enhance the customer experience.

Desirable

Experience with cloud deployments and a solid understanding of data protection and recovery strategies are highly desirable. Familiarity with Rubrik's solutions or similar technologies will give you an edge in this role, as will any certifications related to customer success or technical support.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Rubrik, you will be the key point of contact for customers, providing enterprise-level technical support through various channels including phone, web, email, and chat. You will ensure that customers receive timely assistance and that their issues are resolved efficiently.
