You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the fintech and banking sectors, with a strong ability to engage with C-suite executives and understand their needs. Your experience includes managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, demonstrating your capability to drive new business effectively. You possess a deep understanding of financial data and how it can enhance underwriting models, payments automation, and financial workflows. You are adept at collaborating with product and engineering teams to present solutions that meet customer needs. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to influence revenue growth and strategic partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, targeting fintechs, neobanks, and banks that are building financial products for SMBs. You will engage with key stakeholders, including risk leaders and product managers, to understand their requirements and present Rutter's API solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of how financial data can improve various financial processes and workflows. You will work closely with the go-to-market team to refine outreach strategies and ensure alignment with customer needs. Your role will have a direct impact on revenue growth and the establishment of strategic partnerships within the fintech ecosystem. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall sales strategy and collaborate with your team to achieve ambitious targets.
What we offer
Rutter offers a competitive compensation package with an OTE of $160K–$185K, including uncapped commission and equity.
