Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of global compensation experience, demonstrating your ability to manage compensation across various geographies. Your specific command of regulatory environments in the US, UK, EU, and India is essential, as you are familiar with regulations such as FLSA, UK Gender Pay Gap reporting, and the EU Pay Transparency Directive.

Your advanced analytical and modeling skills set you apart. You are not just managing data; you are an expert in Excel and Google Sheets, capable of building complex financial models and conducting scenario planning with nested formulas, pivot tables, and lookups. Your proficiency in these tools allows you to derive insights and make data-driven decisions effectively.

Experience with HRIS systems is crucial for this role, and familiarity with HiBob, particularly its Compensation and Core HR modules, is preferred. You understand the importance of integrating technology into compensation management to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.

You possess strong market data proficiency, particularly with Radford (Aon) or similar global survey methodologies. Your experience with Payfactors is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to analyze and interpret compensation data effectively.

In addition to your technical skills, you have a consultative communication style. You excel in written and verbal communication, confidently coaching recruiters and HR business partners on framing compensation offers and navigating difficult conversations. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly is vital in this role.

You are globally flexible, willing to work shifts that overlap with US morning hours (EST) to ensure real-time collaboration with stakeholders. You understand the importance of being available for discussions and decisions that impact compensation strategies across different regions.

Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity is second nature to you. You recognize the trust placed in you to manage compensation data and ensure compliance with regulations.

As a Senior Compensation Analyst at SalesLoft, you will be responsible for managing global compensation strategies across multiple geographies. You will analyze compensation data, ensuring compliance with various regulatory environments while providing insights to inform compensation decisions.

You will leverage your advanced analytical skills to build and maintain complex financial models that support compensation planning and strategy. Your expertise in Excel and Google Sheets will be essential in this process, allowing you to manipulate data effectively and derive actionable insights.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with HR business partners and recruiters to guide them in framing competitive compensation offers. Your consultative communication skills will help facilitate discussions around compensation strategies and address any challenges that arise.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that the compensation practices align with market data. By utilizing your proficiency with Radford and other survey methodologies, you will provide recommendations that keep SalesLoft competitive in attracting and retaining talent.

In addition, you will oversee the administration of global stock option and RSU programs, ensuring that these equity compensation plans are managed effectively and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Your role will also involve continuous improvement of compensation processes. You will identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy in compensation management, leveraging technology and best practices.
