What you'll do
In this role, you will support the execution and administration of core compensation programs and processes. You will work closely with the Sr. Manager of Compensation Analytics to ensure accurate compensation data management. Your responsibilities will include effective benchmarking and the smooth delivery of annual and ad-hoc compensation activities. You will collaborate with various HR stakeholders to address compensation needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
You will be responsible for analyzing compensation data and trends to provide insights that inform compensation strategies. Your role will involve preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. You will also assist in the development and implementation of compensation policies and procedures that align with organizational goals. Your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that compensation practices are competitive and equitable.
