Who you are

You are a Senior Compensation Analyst with a strong background in compensation strategy and analytics. You have experience designing and implementing compensation programs that align with business objectives and ensure compliance with regulations. Your analytical skills allow you to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership, helping to shape competitive pay practices across the organization.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various stakeholders to lead complex compensation projects. Your ability to analyze data and trends enables you to serve as a key advisor on pay strategy, ensuring that compensation practices are not only competitive but also equitable.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and governing advanced compensation programs that meet the needs of the organization. You will partner with senior leadership to assess current compensation practices and make recommendations for improvements. Leading complex compensation projects will be a key part of your responsibilities, where you will utilize your analytical skills to provide insights that drive decision-making.

You will also review and provide backup support for the Sales Compensation Analyst, ensuring that all compensation-related tasks are handled efficiently. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining compliance with compensation regulations and aligning pay practices with the organization's strategic goals.
