Who you are
You are a customer-focused professional with at least 1 year of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role. You thrive in customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who can analyze customer needs and provide tailored recommendations. Your experience includes customer onboarding, retention, and expansion, and you enjoy working in B2B SaaS or technology environments. You are a strategic problem-solver, able to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams. Strong communication skills are your forte, allowing you to simplify complex ideas for customers and ensure they understand the value of the platform.
Desirable
While not required, experience in a fast-paced environment and a passion for customer success will set you apart. You are eager to learn and grow within the Customer Success field, and you are excited about the opportunity to connect with a leading company in Sales Engagement.
