You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing major accounts and driving revenue growth. Your experience in the technology sector, especially related to IoT or physical operations, gives you a unique perspective on how to engage with clients effectively. You are motivated by the opportunity to make a real-world impact, ensuring that industries that power our economy operate safely and efficiently. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable collaborating with teams across different time zones. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex solutions to diverse stakeholders. You are results-driven and enjoy setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.

What you'll do

As a Major Account Executive at Samsara, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the largest prospective accounts. You will leverage your sales expertise to build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their operational challenges. Your role will involve developing tailored solutions that harness IoT data to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability in their operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded. You will also be tasked with maintaining and growing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Regularly reporting on sales metrics and progress will be essential, as will adapting strategies based on market feedback and performance data.
