Desirable

Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) space is a plus, as is familiarity with the industries that Samsara serves. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform your sales strategies. A background in technology sales or enterprise solutions will help you succeed in this role. You are adaptable and can adjust your approach based on customer needs and market dynamics.

What you'll do

As a Major Account Executive at Samsara, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by engaging with new and existing customers that represent the largest prospective accounts. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that leverage Samsara's Connected Operationsβ„’ Cloud platform. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into future product development.

You will also be expected to track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to leadership on market trends and customer feedback. Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of the Majors sales team, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of physical operations across various industries. You will work remotely but must be available to engage with clients and team members in the EST or CST time zones.
