You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully managed complex sales cycles and built strong relationships with key stakeholders. Your experience includes working with large organizations to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive value. You are adept at navigating multiple decision-makers and can effectively communicate the benefits of technology to diverse audiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving sales targets while contributing to the overall success of your team.
You possess excellent negotiation skills, enabling you to handle multi-faceted pricing discussions and close deals that typically range from $100k to $500k. Your ability to consolidate outdated technologies and digitize workflows for clients is a key strength, as is your understanding of the Internet of Things (IoT) and its applications in various industries. You are passionate about helping organizations improve their operations and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience in industries such as agriculture, construction, transportation, or manufacturing is a plus, as it allows you to relate to the challenges faced by our clients. Familiarity with technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency will set you apart. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with our largest and most strategic enterprise customers. You will identify opportunities to help them consolidate outdated technologies and digitize their workflows, ultimately unlocking valuable data insights that can transform their businesses. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach and needs assessment to conducting proof of concepts (POCs) and negotiating contracts.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that our solutions meet the specific needs of each client. This includes collaborating with product and engineering teams to tailor offerings and address any technical questions that may arise during the sales process. Your role will also involve maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, allowing you to position Samsara's solutions effectively. Regularly updating your knowledge of our product offerings and their applications will be crucial for your success. You will also participate in sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies that align with our overall business goals.
