Samsara is seeking a Partner Business Operations and Planning Manager to define and accelerate their partner ecosystem. You'll collaborate with sales leaders to build go-to-market strategies. This role requires experience in business operations and strategic planning.

Who you are

You have a strong background in business operations, ideally with experience in partner management or strategic planning. You understand the dynamics of go-to-market strategies and have a proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to drive growth. Your analytical skills allow you to assess market opportunities and develop actionable insights that align with business objectives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on results. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with various stakeholders and present your ideas clearly. You are passionate about leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and drive business success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Partner Leadership team to define the future of Samsara's partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive revenue growth. Collaborating with sales leaders, you will identify key market opportunities and create plans to capitalize on them. You will analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of partner programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives. Your role will also involve monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
