You understand the complexities of selling into various lines of business and can navigate these challenges with ease.

What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Select sales team, focusing on the South East US region β your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and market penetration. You will work closely with your team to identify opportunities within target industries, leveraging your knowledge of the Connected Operationsβ’ Cloud to position Samsara as a leader in IoT solutions.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise organizations β your ability to connect with decision-makers will be crucial in driving sales success. You will also collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and product offerings, ensuring that your team has the tools they need to succeed.
As a Regional Sales Director, you will analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies β your insights will help shape the direction of the sales team and contribute to the overall success of Samsara. You will also track performance metrics and report on sales progress, using data to inform your decisions and drive continuous improvement.
