Overview

Samsara is hiring a Senior Enterprise Sales Director to manage and develop their Select Enterprise Sales teams in the South East US. This remote position requires a proven track record in sales leadership and team management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales leadership, with a history of over-achievement in your previous roles — you've consistently met or exceeded sales targets and have been recognized for your contributions, such as being part of the Presidents Club. You are comfortable managing teams that sell into all levels of an enterprise organization, both in technology and lines of business, and you possess a deep understanding of the sales process and customer engagement strategies.

You are an energetic evangelist passionate about introducing transformative technology into the market — your enthusiasm for innovation drives you to seek out new opportunities and challenges. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at building relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to meet their needs.

What you'll do

As the Senior Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead and develop one of our Select Enterprise Sales teams, focusing on the South East US region. You will be responsible for setting sales strategies and objectives, ensuring that your team is aligned with the company's goals and vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction, leveraging your expertise to guide your team in closing deals and expanding our market presence.

You will also play a key role in mentoring and coaching your team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their professional goals. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales culture, where team members feel empowered to take initiative and drive results.
